Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Window

2. Accepted Reasons for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges when:

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Significant colour or finish variation from product images

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Earrings — excluded on hygiene grounds, no exceptions
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items showing signs of wear, perfume, chemical, or water contact
• Tarnishing due to sweat, storage, or post-delivery handling
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price (final sale)

3. Refund Options

You may choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment source. We recommend store credit — you receive more money back.

Option A — Store Credit (Recommended) • 10% bonus added on top of your refund amount • Payment processing fee waived • COD fee waived (if applicable) • Credit valid for 12 months, usable on any order • Issued within 2–3 business days of QC clearance

Option B — Refund to Original Payment Source • All applicable deductions applied (see table below) • Processed within 5–7 business days of QC clearance • Credited to original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

4. Deduction Schedule

All deductions are calculated on the final paid order value.

With store credit you receive ₹397.20 more than a refund to source on a COD order.

6. Exchange Rules

• One exchange permitted per order
• Subject to stock availability — if the requested item is unavailable, store credit is issued
• If exchanged item is lower in value, difference is issued as store credit
• If exchanged item is higher in value, customer pays the difference prior to dispatch
• No cash refund on exchanges

7. How to Raise a Request

• Email support@aganyakreations.com within 7 days of delivery
• Subject line: Return/Exchange – Order #XXXXX
• Attach clear photos of the item and original packaging
• Team responds within 24–48 hours with approval or rejection
• Reverse pickup arranged within 2–3 business days of approval

8. Quality Check

All returned items are inspected at our warehouse upon receipt. If an item fails QC — signs of wear, perfume/chemical contact, missing tags, or damage not declared at the time of request — it will be returned to the customer and the request closed with no refund issued.

9. Note on Imitation Jewellery

Our pieces are crafted in Kundan, Polki, AD, German Silver, and Pearl — not precious metals. Tarnishing due to sweat, water, perfume, or improper storage is a property of the materials and is not covered under this return or exchange policy. Please refer to our care instructions for guidance on maintaining your jewellery.
