🔁 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Aganya Kreation

At Aganya Kreation, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before dispatch. To maintain product quality and fairness for all customers, the following return, exchange, and refund policy applies to all orders.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return requests can be raised within 24 hours of delivery only.

  • Exchange requests can be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Requests raised beyond the above timelines may not be accepted.

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unaltered

  • Returned with original packaging and tags intact.

Products failing these conditions may not qualify for return or exchange.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The product received inside

Videos with cuts, pauses, edits, or unclear visibility may not be considered valid for verification.

Requests submitted without the required unboxing video may not be eligible for return, exchange, or damage claims.


3. Product Condition & Quality Check

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

If the product is found to be:

  • Used

  • Worn

  • Altered

  • Missing original packaging

  • Missing tags

the return or exchange request may be declined.

In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer, and the request will be considered closed.


4. Damage or Defect Claims

If a product is received damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with the mandatory unboxing video.

After verification, Aganya Kreation may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund

  • Store credit

depending on product availability and case evaluation.


5. Minor Variations

As our jewellery pieces are crafted and finished individually, slight variations may occur in:

  • Polish

  • Finish

  • Stone setting

  • Texture

Such minor variations are considered normal and may not qualify as product damage.


6. Sale & Promotional Orders

Orders placed during sale, promotional, clearance, or special discount periods are not eligible for refund.

However, exchange may be allowed in cases of verified damage or size-related concerns, subject to product availability and policy conditions.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized jewellery

  • Engraved products

  • Personalized orders

Except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage supported by the mandatory unboxing video.


8. Return / Exchange Request Process

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our official return portal:

Customers must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Issue details

  • Mandatory unboxing video

Requests submitted via WhatsApp, email, phone, or social media will only be considered valid after submission through the official return portal.


9. Processing Fee

A non-refundable processing fee of ₹100 is applicable for all return or exchange requests.
This fee must be paid while submitting the request through the return portal.


10. Secure Packing Requirement

Once the request is approved, customers must share a clear packing video showing:

  • The product being packed safely

  • Bubble wrap protection

  • Placement inside the box

  • Secure sealing of the package

This packing video must be shared on the official WhatsApp number listed on our website.

Failure to provide the packing video may affect return or exchange processing.


11. Return Pickup / Shipping

Return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared once all requirements are completed.

Aganya Kreation reserves the right to arrange pickup through its logistics partners or request the customer to self-ship the product when necessary.


12. Exchange Terms

  • Exchange requests will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Any price difference must be paid before dispatch of the exchanged product.

  • Discounts or promotional pricing from the original order may not apply to exchanged products.


13. Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds may be issued via:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store credit (based on customer preference or case eligibility).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Applicable COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

The ₹100 processing fee remains non-refundable.


14. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the dispatch process begins.

Once the order has entered the dispatch or shipping stage, cancellation may not be possible.


15. Policy Updates

Aganya Kreation reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on our website will always be considered the applicable policy.
